1. What is a theme?

A theme, template, skin, etc… is a ready to use design and layout that you can install right onto your existing WordPress site. WordPress handles all of the content for you (posts, pages, comments), while the theme transforms that content into a beautiful  layout for your visitors to see.

Many themes come with a lot of customizable options. All of our themes run on our own Framework.

2. What is a plugin?

Plugins are tools to extend the functionality of WordPress. Plugins can extend WordPress to do almost anything you can imagine. There are more than 18000 plugins at this time, listed on wordpress.org plugin page.

Visit the directory where you can find, download, rate, and comment on all the best plugins the WordPress community has to offer.

3. What is a Framework?

Frameworks are for theme developers. They offer a set of standards for theme developers to use in creating their own themes. They’re a set of functions/features created to aid development. WordPress theme frameworks are intended to be used as a parent theme template where all the functionality resides. Developers can then create a child theme to add custom styling while leaving the functionality aspects of it to the framework. This allows for a centralized location where all the functions are hosted.
